For customer alumina ceramic sheets requiring mirror finishing, the traditional process often involves initial rough grinding with an iron disc followed by polishing with a white cloth. However, this method is inefficient, with the white cloth polishing step alone taking 30-40 minutes to achieve a mirror finish. Such low efficiency is unacceptable for batch processing.
