Diese betrieblichen Anforderungen erfordern Maschinen und Prozesse mit hoher Pr\u00e4zision, Effizienz und Stabilit\u00e4t. Jeder polierte Saphir-Wafer erf\u00e4hrt w\u00e4hrend der Bearbeitung einen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Materialabtrag, wodurch eine einheitliche Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte gew\u00e4hrleistet wird. Durch Anpassung der Druckbelastung kann eine Materialabtragungsrate (MRR) von 1-2 \u03bcm pro Stunde erreicht werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Das Polieren von Saphirwafern wird in das Polieren der A-Ebene und das Polieren der C-Ebene unterteilt. Aus der Sicht der Eigenschaften der Kristallebene von Saphir hat die A-Ebene eine h\u00f6here H\u00e4rte als die C-Ebene. Vor allem Smartphone-Bildschirme, die zur A-Ebene des Saphir-Kristalls geh\u00f6ren, stellen die gr\u00f6\u00dften Schwierigkeiten beim Polieren dar. Das Polieren von Saphiren der A-Ebene besteht im Allgemeinen aus drei Schritten: Schleifen, Kupferpolieren und Feinpolieren. Die Schleifphase dient dazu, die Tiefe der stufenf\u00f6rmigen Kratzer auf der Oberfl\u00e4che zu verringern, die beim Schneiden der rohen Saphirwafer entstehen.
