Functions of Metal Molybdenum Wafer Polishing Slurry:
Jizhi Electronics’ metal polishing slurry is suitable for mirror polishing of flat molybdenum and molybdenum alloy workpieces. Through intensive friction and chemical reactions in the CMP polishing process, it enables rapid roughness reduction and planarization of molybdenum surfaces. By chemically oxidizing and etching the surface of molybdenum alloys and then mechanically removing the oxidized layer, an ideal mirror finish can be achieved. The surface of molybdenum workpieces treated with this process is smooth and flat, easy to clean, and free of residue.
