\u7531\u4e8e\u6676\u7247\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u3001\u529b\u7684\u4f20\u9012\u548c\u6d46\u6599\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u662f\u7531\u886c\u57ab\u7684\u4f53\u79ef\u548c\u8868\u9762\u7279\u6027\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u8f85\u52a9\u8721\u5c42\u76f4\u63a5\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6750\u6599\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u4ef6\u5bf9 CMP \u7814\u78e8\u57ab\u6750\u6599\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6750\u6599\u529b\u5b66\u5c42\u9762\u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u805a\u5408\u7269\u4f53\u7cfb\u3001\u5fae\u7ed3\u6784\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u673a\u68b0\u53c2\u6570\u3001\u78e8\u635f\u884c\u4e3a\u53ca\u5176\u5bf9\u65e0\u8721\u7814\u78e8\u57ab\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u5f71\u54cd\u3002.<\/p>\n<nav>\n<h2>\u76ee\u5f55<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a \u7814\u78e8\u57ab\u6750\u6599\u6982\u8ff0<\/h2>\n<p>CMP \u7814\u78e8\u57ab\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u5de5\u7a0b\u805a\u5408\u7269\u7cfb\u7edf\u5236\u6210\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5e73\u8861\u5f39\u6027\u3001\u786c\u5ea6\u3001\u8010\u5316\u5b66\u6027\u548c\u78e8\u635f\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u4e0e\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u7814\u78e8\u6216\u6253\u78e8\u57ab\u4e0d\u540c\uff0cCMP \u7814\u78e8\u57ab\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u548c\u5316\u5b66\u4fb5\u8680\u4e0b\u4fdd\u6301\u53ef\u63a7\u7684\u8868\u9762\u7ed3\u6784\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684 CMP \u886c\u57ab\u6750\u6599\u7cfb\u5217\u5305\u62ec<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u805a\u6c28\u916f\uff08PU\uff09\u548c\u805a\u6c28\u916f\u6df7\u5408\u7269<\/li>\n<li>\u805a\u6c28\u916f-\u5c3f\u7d20\u6df7\u5408\u7cfb\u7edf<\/li>\n<li>\u542b\u65e0\u673a\u6539\u6027\u5242\u7684\u586b\u5145\u805a\u5408\u7269\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5728\u65e0\u8721\u57ab\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6750\u6599\u8fd8\u5fc5\u987b\u652f\u6301\u96c6\u6210\u7684\u5438\u9644\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6574\u4e2a\u57ab\u539a\u5ea6\u7684\u5747\u5300\u6027\u3001\u6e17\u900f\u6027\u548c\u7ed3\u6784\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"polymer-chemistry\">\u805a\u5408\u7269\u5316\u5b66\u4e0e\u57fa\u8d28\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/h2>\n<p>\u805a\u6c28\u916f\u7cfb\u7edf\u5728 CMP \u7814\u78e8\u57ab\u5236\u9020\u4e2d\u5360\u4e3b\u5bfc\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u8c03\u6574\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u5728\u8f83\u5bbd pH \u503c\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8c03\u6574\u786c\u6bb5\u4e0e\u8f6f\u6bb5\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff0c\u629b\u5149\u57ab\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4eba\u5458\u53ef\u4ee5\u7cbe\u786e\u63a7\u5236\u5f39\u6027\u6a21\u91cf\u3001\u56de\u5f39\u884c\u4e3a\u548c\u8010\u78e8\u6027\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u5178\u578b\u7684\u805a\u5408\u7269\u5316\u5b66\u53c2\u6570\u5305\u62ec<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u786c\u6bb5\u5185\u5bb9\uff1a30-55%<\/li>\n<li>\u73bb\u7483\u8f6c\u5316\u6e29\u5ea6 (Tg)\uff1a-20\u00b0C \u81f3 +30\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>\u4e3a\u63a7\u5236\u7c98\u5f39\u6027\u800c\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u4ea4\u8054\u5bc6\u5ea6<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u65e0\u8721\u5438\u9644\u57ab\uff0c\u805a\u5408\u7269\u57fa\u8d28\u8fd8\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u5c40\u90e8\u771f\u7a7a\u6216\u6bdb\u7ec6\u529b\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\u4fdd\u6301\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7a33\u5b9a\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u5438\u9644\u901a\u9053\u53d1\u751f\u5fae\u584c\u9677\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><!--
