Back Adhesive

Each of our polishing pads can be supplied with back adhesive according to customer requirements. It provides firm bonding during use and can be easily peeled off from the platen surface after use.

Storage Method for JIZHI Electronics Polyurethane Polishing Pads

1. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, ignition sources, and incompatible materials.
2. Storage facilities should be constructed with fire-resistant materials.
3. The storage area should be clearly marked, free of obstructions, and separated from the working area.
4. Do not place heavy objects on the product. Do not stack more than three layers.

Safe Handling:

1. Remove all ignition sources and keep away from heat and incompatible materials.
2. “No Smoking” signs should be posted in the working area.
3. Keep aisles and exits clear and unobstructed.
4. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid contact with this product or contaminated equipment.
5. When using the product in large quantities for extended periods or during processing, a dust mask should be worn.
